A: NO. You have up to 12 months to take the vacations
offered in the initial membership package but all the offers must be
activated within 30 days of receipt. Please make sure that you read
all the Terms & Conditions for each offer immediately.
Q: How will I identify your charge/debit in my statement ?
A: It will appear in your card statement is WWW.RECVONLINE.COM
Q: When will you charge/debit my card?
A: You card is charged/debited the moment you place an order, or in other terms, your order is placed only on successful charge/debit.
Q: When will I receive my Order?
A: All orders are fulfilled/processed and invoiced within 24-48 hours. And are sent for shipping.
Incase of Delivery through Email: Certificates will b e sent to your desired email address within 24 hours after processing.
Incase of Priority Mail Checkout: You will receive your order in 7 to 10 Postal Business Days after processing.

Q: Do you have some exportation restrictions?
A: No, since the certificates are only in form of Paper, so they are just treated as documents, there are not export restrictions on these.

The 3 or 4 Night Cruise offer is valid only for your first year of
membership and must be activated within 30 days of the issue date. You
have 18 months to complete the cruise.

The 3 Day/Night Hotel Getaway is valid only for your first year of
membership and must be activated within 30 days of the issue date. You
have 12 months to complete your hotel stay.

You will be eligible for one 7 Night Cruise for each year of membership.
If you wish to use the 7 Night Cruise offer enclosed it must be activated
within 30 days of the issue date and you will have 12 months to complete
your cruise.

You will be eligible for one 7 Night Resort Condominium vacation for each
year of membership. If you wish to use the 7 Night Resort Vacation during
your first year of membership, you must activate the voucher within 30

Your ACCESS Discount Card is valid for 1 year after processing. You will
be sent an ACCESS renewal form each year.
